Caring together. Stronger together.
At Assurance, we help people who are caring for someone they love. Sometimes a parent, spouse, sibling, friend, or neighbor gets sick, injured, or needs extra help, and the person caring for them can feel overwhelmed, worried, or alone.
We believe that caregivers deserve a support system too.
So we connect caregivers with resources, education, encouragement, and a community of people who understand what they're going through. We know that caregiving can be one of life's most challenging journeys, but it shouldn't be one that anyone has to walk alone.
Through programs, events, support services, and community partnerships, Assurance helps caregivers find answers, build confidence, and take care of themselves while caring for others. Whether you're a caregiver looking for support, a family member who wants to help, a community partner, volunteer, sponsor, or donor, you can be part of creating a stronger, more caring community where caregivers and their loved ones can thrive together.

Our Mission
Our goal is to empower caregivers to fulfill their roles with confidence, prioritizing self care, and ensuring the well-being of both the caregiver and their loved ones.

Our Vision
Our vision is to create a community that supports caregivers and enables them to find peace, purpose and joy on their caregiving journey.
A Letter From Virginia
Helping families navigate caregiving with confidence and community.
Dear Friend,
If you've found your way here, chances are you're facing a season of life you never expected. Perhaps you're caring for someone you love. Maybe you're making difficult decisions about the future. Or perhaps you're simply looking for someone who understands what you're going through.
Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you're here.
A few years ago, I unexpectedly became the caregiver for my sister after she suffered an anoxic brain injury. Like so many caregivers, I found myself navigating unfamiliar territory—learning as I went, asking difficult questions, and trying to make the best decisions I could with the information I had.
Some days were filled with joy. Others with uncertainty, exhaustion, grief, and self-doubt.
What carried me through wasn't having all the answers. It was having people who walked beside me—people who listened, encouraged me, reminded me to care for myself, and helped me believe I didn't have to carry it all alone.
These experiences changed my life and inspired the creation of Assurance.
I believe every family deserves a trusted place to turn when caregiving becomes overwhelming or changes in healthcare feel uncertain. I believe support should be available before a crisis, not just after one. And I believe that no one should have to navigate caregiving alone.
At Assurance, we're building community. A place where families find guidance, encouragement, practical resources, meaningful connections, and the confidence to move forward one step at a time. Whether you're looking for information, someone to talk with, a community that understands, or guidance through an important decision, I hope you'll allow Assurance to be part of your journey.
You don't have to have all the answers today.
You simply have to take the next step.
Thank you for being here. I look forward to getting to know you and walking this path with you.
With gratitude,
Virginia Grant
